My wait was about 90 minutes. My precious service only took about 20 minutes and I has more service. I was charged $95+ for my oil change. When I pulled into the staging garage, the individual checking me in didn’t see me drive in, but when I was checking in for service he told me it looked like I needed a front wheel alignment. My 4Runner checking me in didn’t see me drive in, but when I was checking in for service he told me it looked like I needed a front wheel alignment. My 4Runner is just under a 1.5 years old with only 16K miles, tires appear to be fine and the vehicle doesn’t pull or drive abnormally so how he came to that conclusion is a mystery to me and of course its not covered under warranty. In addition, when I made the appointment, which is another issue - I requested to have a squeaky noise from my back looked at while having my oil changed. No mention at the time I checked in about my original request - I was so disappointed regarding the recommendation for the wheel alignment I didn’t mentioned the issue. Doubtful I will be using this dealership for service in the future. Finally I elected to have my oil change every 5k miles, which I know I have to pay out of pocket since Toyota only covers oil changes @ 10k (which I obviously disagree with), I can’t believe it cost $90 for a oil change!!! I was please with the timing of the oil change - right around 1 hour, which I thing is average for a car dealership. More

Chris Grossman, who I have been going to for years, had to call off the day of my appointment. I was standing at Chris’s desk and Randy so professionally and courteously came and informed me Chris would no to call off the day of my appointment. He was excellent, kind, very efficient. Great job! Chris has been, is, shall continue to be my STELLER/OUTSTANDING/ABOVE AND BEYOND go to person, and I will absolutely keep coming back, but Randy was excellent. More
