However, my family has been a Toyota family since 1988 and my biggest thing was purchasing a car that'll last. After some negotiations with Robert not only did we get me a new vehicle but we also got me financing that fit my expenses. The only reason why I gave it a 4 star was because I did my closing paperwork with Ivan and he wasn't very pleasant. I felt pressured to purchase a warranty and got it because I was intimidated if I would've said no. He made me feel stupid on some questions. Overall though, I'd still recommend Toyota direct for new and used vehicles because they last and you can always get in and out with your car buying experience.
