Quick recognition when you drive up, they always explain clearly what's going to be done, always have it done earlier than they say, and I always get a call when it's ready. They give me a ride back to work, and when I pick up my car it's even washed - free! Toyota Carlsbad has the Nordstrom touch when it comes to service. More
