Do not let your 84 year old mother go in for service here unless you want incomplete service and long waits with $4000 estimates with pitches for how much easier it would be to “just buy a new car”. The oil was never changed like she came in for. When given the opportunity to explain and/or fix, I was immediately told that I don’t have a power of attorney and that they explain d technical jargon TO AN 84 YEAR OLD WOMAN, and again, can’t/won’t speak to me because I don’t have piwer of attorney. It speaks volumes that that is what they go to when someone has questions about how the dealership treated my 84 year old mother. Dealerships really wonder why people are fed up with their antics. When questions arise about servicing, who goes to “power of attorney” so quick like that?! We all know the answer to that. A prime example of why we need elderly protective services and consumer advocate agencies. Buyer beware

Our experience with this dealership has been nothing short of perfect, professional, helpful and honest. Our 2025 Sienna was shined and ready as promised. Steven Robles was fantastic and Simon explained the features and setup our programs and iPhones. Highly recommend Carlsbad Toyota!!
I was deceived by providing wrong information while I bought my Honda Odyssey from them. I was buying used car first time. The sales person told me that new Honda Odyssey LX comes above 50k and he sold me used one for 26600. When I later checked the same car value, CarMax was giving me just 22k on next day.others were just giving me max. 19k. Second, when I saw the car first time, the tires were of Michelin brand but they took the car to the other side while I was doing paperwork. Then, when I reached home, I saw the tires were of geotire brand. Furthermore, they promised to give two keys, they give me 1. They told it gives city milage of 19 but the car is getting 12 in the city. My suggestion is to stay away from them.
Today Tony Pereira in the service dept gave us an instructional hour long description of all the buttons in our new RAV 4 XEL. We bought the new RAV elsewhere but had never received much information on any of the buttons, Toyota app had not been set up. Thank you to Tony for calling me back, making an appointment for us and taking the time to explain things to us. There were buttons I didn't even know we had! He gave us his cell # in case we had other questions in the future. It was a lot to learn, so we may be calling him back. Thank you Tony for your excellent customer service. Donna Lugo
Please avoid the services dept at this dealership!! They are fraudulent and deceitful! We called them requesting a back battery for our Toyota where we were quoted only $378. They then went in and installed a hyrbid battery that we did not need for $5500. Our car is from 2012 and the battery is worth more than our car! They are now refusing to give us a refund. It seems that they are just money hungry and don’t care about their customers.
