This was my first time at the Toyota of Carlsbad dealership. It was very clean and spacious, the environment there was very pleasant. I went to Toyota Carlsbad because I saw on Yelp they had a large number of highly complimentary reviews, many of which were answered by Ms. Rodriguez, the Customer Relations Manager. I emailed her that I was intreested in a Toyota, but absolutely NOT interested in fast talk or sales pressure. She replied that she understood completely and referred me to Mr. Radvar, who showed me what was in stock and offered test drives. 2 days later. when I was ready to purchase, Mr. Radvar went over the car with me in great detail to insure everything was as promised. Mr. Huynh, the fianace manager, advised me of all the options that were available, and accepted immediately that I was not interested in anything except extending the warranty from 2 to 5 years. So, in, out, and done in less than an hour and a half. The gradng options below stop at "very good." That is insufficient. Excellent would be more appropriate.
