Have been buying Toyota vehicles for many years , Our service drop in by phone call was first class , our 2024 hybrid vehicles key fob battery had expired, so I fitted another, the car had been sitting i service drop in by phone call was first class , our 2024 hybrid vehicles key fob battery had expired, so I fitted another, the car had been sitting idle for a couple of weeks so the 12 volt battery was flat , my neighbor had a power portable charger so we hooked up the plus in the fuse box area , and the minus to a ground . Called Jim Norton, they checked everything battery, break pads , tires ,the list goes on , called me and said your is all sound .the receptionist was happy polite willing to help ,Brandi. They even washed the vehicle. I have to name drop , our sales professional Robert Blocker , is a top honest first class sales professional, he always delivers and is thoroughly recommended, Jim Norton helped a neighbor of mine by replacing a brand new transmission, it would not be surprised me at all if they made this their go to number one dealership, credit to all the staff who make the experience a good one .thanks Robert from David & Annette .
