The service advisor was very good and knowledgeable. But the supporting cast left me feeling bad. I called in and scheduled Thursday morning, she said it is available. When I received the email confirmation it was for Friday. I had to call back and get it corrected. Then the part they had for my car was wrong so they could not do the airbag recall work that was scheduled. The mechanic was also supposed to reset the tire air pressure sensors. We still have the warning light on so it doesn't look like that was completed. On the plus side they were able to install a new windshield washer motor. The service advisor was communicative throughout all of this so he did a good job even though overall it was a bad experience. More
