After 8 trips and 2. 5 months to caliber collision Little Elm, and two trips and another three weeks at Stonebriar GMC Frisco, neither were able or I’d argue capable of fi 5 months to caliber collision Little Elm, and two trips and another three weeks at Stonebriar GMC Frisco, neither were able or I’d argue capable of fixing my 2018 gmc. Three and a half months without my truck and 10 round trips. I then took it to James Wood in Denton and the Service manager took a drive with me for almost 15 minutes asking questions the entire time. Less than two weeks later the issue was finally fixed. The other two simply assumed this or that, threw parts at the issue and never truly listened to me or actually test drove it prior and after to insure it was fixed correctly. AMAZING service, truly listened and most importantly fixed the issue. By the way it was two bent control arms, cam bolts and a minor bend in the frame. Drives like it did at brand new. At this point I won’t take my truck anywhere else. Period. More

My service advisor, Edwin Chan, had mentioned the need for transmission fluid and transfer case fluid change at 45,000 on my last visit when I had an oil change on my 2018 Suburban. He didn't pressure me, just gave me the price and I said "maybe next time." I received a coupon from Huffines for 15% off and called to see if James Wood would honor it. The person who answered said "yes" and even quoted a price net of the coupon. I made an appointment and came in yesterday morning to have it done. You quoted a time and I waited. Edwin saw to it that it was completed properly and on time. Even washed my car. Edwin is a STAR!!! More
