This place is a SCAM! Service Advisor Colin is not knowledgeable, disorganized and never follows through on what he tells you. He advised me I needed to replace the Stee Service Advisor Colin is not knowledgeable, disorganized and never follows through on what he tells you. He advised me I needed to replace the Steering Rack Assy, which I found odd because there was nothing wrong with my steering. I bought my car in for bumping noise underneath my SUV, like something is loose and bumping underneath. They needed to keep my SUV because parts had to be ordered. As a result Colin put me in a Courtesy car for transportation. I get on the expressway (I 80) with this car and as I am accelerating the car is slowing down in the lane of traffic!! Tractor trailer trucks, and other vehicles were coming at 80+ miles per hour. I managed to get on the shoulder and the SUV immediately died. Omg, I was horrified! The car died because the gas tank was empty. Colin put me a car with no gas in it and without it being inspected. He couldn't even call Hyundai roadside service to get me to safety. I had to call my roadside service to tow their car and get me to safety. As a result of Colin's incompetent, I could have been killed out there! I instructed Colin to keep the parts that was being replaced on my car. Do not throw it away. He made a note of it and assured me they would place it in the trunk of my SUV. When the repairs was done, my car is have the same problem as when I bought it in and the steering now feels unstable. I asked Colin for the old parts to my car and he lied and said they couldn't find it. They charged me $2000 and my car is in worst condition than when I first bought it in. They DID NOT replace the Steering Rack Assy, because they cannot show me the old Steering Rack removed from my car. I have called Colin several times and he is not returning my calls. I have been a loyal customer for 15 years. I bought my car brand new from Family Hyundai and they have been servicing my vehicle for 15 years and this is how they treat their customers. PLEASE DON'T TRUST THIS PLACE! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! PEOPLE RUNNING A SCAM! More
