We purchased a new 2024 Lincoln Nautilus Hybrid in ea I continue to be thoroughly impressed with the entire team at Envision Ford/Lincoln of Oxnard. We purchased a new 2024 Lincoln Nautilus Hybrid in early June and soon after embarked on a 2,500 mile road trip. The Nautilus performed flawlessly and achieved an amazing 32 MPG. In early July, we received notice of a recall and within a couple days checked the car in with Alberto Torres. He was very engaging, professional and explained exactly what was going to be done. After some internet research on what owners experienced at other dealerships, I was surprised to hear that the car should be ready the next day and true to his word…it was! It was a pleasure dealing with Alberto and it’s obvious that he is backed-up by knowledgeable service techs and supportive upper management. Envision of Oxnard has created a fantastic customer experience from sales through service. More
