My Service Advisor, Daniel, took great care of my Expedition’s service needs as well as arranging for a large size rental car for me while my car was being worked on. Expedition’s service needs as well as arranging for a large size rental car for me while my car was being worked on. More

Horrible customer follow through. I gave the guys at this dealership 3 weeks to address the theft issue. (Read below for full explanation) Bought a 2023 Raptor in April and realized the right pass door was not properly aligned, as water entered it during a car wash. Upon closer examination, it was very off kilter and had gaps. I had to drive 65 miles each way to come in to have my door aligned and key programmed (the spare key did not come with the truck so they had to mail it a few weeks after i took possession). I was told it would take a few hours, but took 7 hours total. No big deal. When I the truck came out, the door still was a bit off center and had some gaps, but was better than before and they assured me there were no leaks. I took their word for it. The key was also programmed. What bothered me the most is whomever was in my truck had taken my car wash dollar coins from my center console. It was somewhere between $15-18 in dollar coins. It's not about the money, but the principle. The fact that they have these types of people working in that department should be cause for concern, and I brought this up to them. Now I'm not saying it's the guys in the service department that did this, but the guys who actually worked on or washed the truck. When I called the service manager and told him, I asked whether they had cameras pointed at the cars they were servicing. He said yes they did. I said great, and let them know that they have thieves working for them, and if he could please roll back the tape as to who sat in my truck and opened my center console, and you'd find your guy. The manager seemed upset and understood the principle of the matter and assured me he would look into it and call me back the next day. It's been three weeks now and I've followed up four times via email and phone, and not a single call or email returned. You would think that someone who spent $105,000 on a truck one month prior would be treated with a bit more courtesy. There is no excuse for theft. It was not an accident. I gave them the opportunity to investigate and rectify this matter, had a friendly long conversation with the manager and his associate, was very cordial, respectful, shared a few laughs, and agreed on the principle of the matter at hand. Very disappointed with how they chose to neglect this situation and refuse to address the PROBLEM within THEIR company/department. More
