Robby was wonderful throughout the whole process. Unassuming, no pressure. Very knowledgeable. I initially went in for a Chevy Traverse, but it didn't have enough of storage/cargo space. I currently own GMC Yukon XL and liked the space, but not necessarily the height. During my second visit to Colonial-West, Robby mentioned a dealer vehicle that might be available. Needless to say it had everything I wanted including the tow package. I also managed to get a great deal and also use the GM Rewards and Costco Auto Program benefit to defray some expanse. I hope to visit them in the future for service and will review at that time. All in all, great experience-no pressure, knowledgeable staff.
