Your appointment time is set aside for you to speak with your service advisor to set a game plan for your vehicle while it's in our care. From there, your vehicle waits for the next appropriate service tech. This is the best model for our business due to the number of vehicles we service. We normally quote 90 mins to 2 hours for our oil changes. In the future, please feel free to use our drop off service or complimentary shuttles. We hope that our efforts to improve are evident in future visits.
