Waited nearly three hours for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation. Called after two hours only to be told it was being finished. Waited another 50 minutes to be told it was done and then they parked it tire rotation. Called after two hours only to be told it was being finished. Kim, our Service Advisor kept us up-dated on a regular basis. We knew we were not forgotten. Jim Butler dealership kept the car and did the required warranted work.
