Took my car in to have the weather stripping along the trunk replaced. I was told when I made the appointment that it would take around 1 day. My car was there from 9:00AM Wednesday to 11:00AM Monday. I r trunk replaced. I was told when I made the appointment that it would take around 1 day. My car was there from 9:00AM Wednesday to 11:00AM Monday. I repeatedly called and was assured they'd get to it soon, and finally on Saturday they offered me a loaner vehicle and promised it'd be done by Monday. It finally got done this morning, and they tried to overcharge me. I was quoted around $750, and when I went to pick my vehicle up they told me it would be over $1000. It looked like they were trying to charge me for fixing something they did not do, and luckily they were able to get the price closer to where it was originally quoted. It was overall a very frustrating experience and it took way longer than it should have. I will not be returning to this dealer. More
