I've been coming here for all my car repairs, maintenance and inspections for 5 years since I bought my Honda. Throughout this time they had several managers, some great initiatives that went away with the m and inspections for 5 years since I bought my Honda. Throughout this time they had several managers, some great initiatives that went away with the managers shift, and some experienced advisors that also don't last for some reason. Current service manager, Willie Mejia had a strong start with some good ideas and I thought it was going to last but my most recent interaction with the service advisor proved me wrong. My car has a pending recall since 2021 and every service they kept telling me that they don't have the part and they only deal with emergency cases for now. Yesterday I had that emergency situation exactly as described in Honda recall letter and when I called today to schedule the repairs I was told by the advisor that the next appointment for recall is one month away. When I questioned that she transferred me to the manager's voice mail who didn't even bother to call back. I will update my review as the situation developes and repost on other social media and review sites to warn other customers More

I bought in my 2024 CRV to greased and install a spring in the steering box as per the Honda Safety recall letter. I scheduled my service asap once I received my official letter from Honda but someone canc in the steering box as per the Honda Safety recall letter. I scheduled my service asap once I received my official letter from Honda but someone canceled it without my authorization. Once I was there Willie Mejia took me in and did the job.
