This dealership is very shady in their business practices. Bought a vehicle and was told that the tires were in great shape. Had the vehicle delivered to me and once got the vehicle found that the practices. Bought a vehicle and was told that the tires were in great shape. Had the vehicle delivered to me and once got the vehicle found that the tires were not in good shape at all. Had to go out and get new tires to make sure I could be safe on the road. Reached out to the dealership and was told 3 weeks ago that they would cover half the tires, which I was ok with. Was told today that they changed there mind and will no longer cover half of the tires. This is shady business practices. I would never recommend my worst enemy to do business with them. Awful experience! More

Easy purchase but very dishonest. Bought a $31,000 Malibu that came with a dent in the door. Said they would make sure it got fixed. Got an $800 estimate and guess what, 2 years later Bought a $31,000 Malibu that came with a dent in the door. Said they would make sure it got fixed. When I met victoria, I explained to her what I was looking for in a new car and some of my concerns. She assured me that she could help me find the car I want. it took me a while to find my car (malibu) and every time I met with Victoria, she was friendly, patient and answered all my questions. I am so happy with the oil change EXPERIENCE I received Thursday night 10:30pm on 12-12-13. I purchased my vehicle from Ms. Franklin last year in March. He was very professional in showing me to their new wait area. The complimentary snacks and drinks were just the beginning. I had the ultimate experience in their private relaxation room. I got a full body massage in their massage chair while watching my favorite show! Then to come out and see that not only was my car washed but Kevin assured that the team CLEANED the inside and outside of my vehicle. I am sure I won't receive this service anywhere else I came to work and made my co workers jealous describing my experience to them! More
