My truck got a service (engine/wrench) light that came on. Called Klaben Ford and scheduled a service check. I was checked in by Mr. Tucker Ressler. I showed up a day earlier than my scheduled time (no idea how I messed up cause I put a reminder in my phone) Anyways, Tucker was kind enough to do a quick check in my truck. He redid the appointment and provided me with an identical rental truck. Since my truck is under warranty I didn’t have to pay for the rental either. My truck received a software update and I received a call the next day from Tucker along with a short video showing me the repair performed by the technician. I appreciate the quick turnaround and especially Tuckers attention to detail and help. More
