My truck got a service (engine/wrench) light that came on. Called Klaben Ford and scheduled a service check. I was checked in by Mr. Tucker Ressler. I showed up a day earlier than my scheduled time (n on. Called Klaben Ford and scheduled a service check. I was checked in by Mr. Tucker Ressler. I showed up a day earlier than my scheduled time (no idea how I messed up cause I put a reminder in my phone) Anyways, Tucker was kind enough to do a quick check in my truck. He redid the appointment and provided me with an identical rental truck. Since my truck is under warranty I didn’t have to pay for the rental either. My truck received a software update and I received a call the next day from Tucker along with a short video showing me the repair performed by the technician. I appreciate the quick turnaround and especially Tuckers attention to detail and help. More

He was very helpful and he has great customer service skills. He genuinely seemed to have compassion and wanted to help us in the best way possible.
