Benito provided excelent service from the time I showed up to the dealership for service, then follow up with me multiple times via call and then was nice enough to get me an Uber to pick up my car. Sign p up to the dealership for service, then follow up with me multiple times via call and then was nice enough to get me an Uber to pick up my car. Sign paperwork explained everything and I was on my way home. To say I did not spend more than 7 minutes combined in my visit. Down to the point and got me on my way. Understanding that we have other items to take care of. Benito has helped me a few times in the past with other cars I've owned and everything he goes above and beyond. More

I was scammed into paying $190 diagnostic charge to fix the airbag light & seatbelt sensor that BOTH came on after having the airbag recall completed. It took way longer than expected to complete the diagn the airbag light & seatbelt sensor that BOTH came on after having the airbag recall completed. It took way longer than expected to complete the diagnostic check & NOTHING was resolved. On top of that my car was returned with other dashboard lights on that were not on previously!!! Very dissatisfied! More
