I purchased a vehicle on 9/5/24 from this dealership, and within 24 hours I notified my salesperson (Julian) that the rotors were bad. He had me come into the dealership on 9/10/24 to get it checked. I met with Tom Rodkey (Service Manager) and he test drove my vehicle and concluded that the rotors were bad. At that time, Tom introduced me to the Used Car Manager (Carlos Arias). That is when my expectation of Mercedes Benz customer serviced went downhill fast. Carlos proceeded to tell me that the car passed the inspection (which is bias because it is conducted by Mercedes, probably his department) and he refused to fix the rotors. Please note: This is my fourth (4th) Benz, and my worst encounter with one of their employees. One of the reasons that I choose to do business with Mercedes is because their level of customer service is EXCELLENT. No customer that just purchased a vehicle should encounter the RUDENESS that Carlos displayed toward me, He told me to return the car because he was not going to fix it. Everything about his tone and demeanor was DISRESPECTFUL, and I was very disappointed. As a result, I spoke to Dorit Figueroa and she went over her head to the General Manager (Jim Elefantis). Jim explained the issue with fixing the car while understanding my position. It is not what you say but how you say it. Jim provided the level of customer service that I have grown to love about Mercedes. He had my rotors repaired and I was a happy customer. I am so glad Jim turned that disappointing experience around. Thank you Julian, Brad, Tom, Dorit and Jim for making this repeat customer happy. You all renewed my belief in Mercedes Benz and the excellent level of service they provide to their customers. As a side note, I had an employee and customer inform me discreetly that they had to deal with Carlos' bad attitude and they were not surprise by my encounter with him. They told me to stand my ground. More

Last year, I took my GLS 450 to this dealership for air conditioner malfunction. I must have gone to the dealership at least three times for the same problem. For the first couple of visits, it was as if I conditioner malfunction. I must have gone to the dealership at least three times for the same problem. For the first couple of visits, it was as if I did not know what I was saying. I likened the visit to telling my doctor that I was having a headache and he was saying, "no, you do not have a headache go home". The problem was that the AC was blowing hot air. After charging to diagnose the problem on the first visit, no problem was found. On the second or third visit, some supposed door panels were changed at my expense and that did not resolve the problem. On the fourth visit which was in Fall of 2023, another check was ran. This time, I was told to bring the car back in summer of 2024 when the weather had warmed up. This May, I took the vehicle back. After the diagnosis, I was told that the climate control system needed to be changed for over $1,871.86. I would have gone for it except that, there was a disclosure that it may have electrical fault in AC system and/or wiring harness issue, which may require further testing and disassembly. This time they said the diagnostic charges was $400+. When I complained, they said they gave me a discount of about $35 bringing the cost down to $381.17. Obviously, they did not have an idea what was wrong and was playing trial and error. If past experience is an indication, I know I will be coming back for an electrical work that will cost me in excess of $5K. It was time to look for an honest dealership. No more. Enough. More

Steve is the most honest and trustworthy employee. His customer service skills are exceptional. It was a great experience talking and resolving the Hermes module reprogramming. He walked me up to my car and gave me a handshake on the way out. One thing I have to say.. The guys at the parts department never smile come on guys you’re not at a funeral!! I spent $750.00 on a SD card for my navigation. Same day when I went to pick up my car I asked at the parts department for the price of a rubber seal in the trunk. The parts personnel looked like he is at a funeral I could not even get a smile from him at the desk, when I asked how has your day been. He did not want to be bothered and did not even answer. But he did confirm a price. Steve had me smiling on the way out. Saved the day!! Next time I will buy parts and accessories online I am never going to interact with the guys at parts. It’s clear they don’t like me… My 5 star rating is for Steve. My rating for the parts department is negative 5! They are terrible at both occasions. Thanks. Amit More
