I found the whole process to be seamless from the onset! I phoned the dealership late in the evening and in distress after my first ever bmw breakdown on the roadway . An associate at the service dept informed me that service was closing shortly. I had a quick assessment to make so I decided I needed to look for a new car since I was from out of town and a loaner was unavailable for several weeks. Michael waied for me to arrive and had three potential replacements waiting as I arrived with my brokedown veh in tow. Several short minutes later we had made a deal on a trade. What a blessing!
