Service here was nothing short of amazing. I got in, they took the truck, I told them I would wait for the repair, they showed me the waiting room area and where coffee and drinks are. They I got in, they took the truck, I told them I would wait for the repair, they showed me the waiting room area and where coffee and drinks are. They said may take 4hrs, was done in 2hrs. Got my keys and off we went. I came here after a horrible experience at Rick Hendrick GMC in Duluth where they cant even return phone calls let alone say a part is on back order and somehow Jim Ellis had it in 1day. More

Facility is nice and Tom the service advisor was great and took care of me! Gave minus 1 star bc the tech didn’t reprogram my TPM sensors when they did tire rotation and now they are backwards. Also, they are little pricey, $294 for fuel filter replacement which takes literally 5min to replace + $50 for the part. More

James went above and beyond to not only get my truck fixed, but gave me very fair pricing. He made sure I got an Uber ride home after I left my truck wet the dealership and his communication was on poin fixed, but gave me very fair pricing. He made sure I got an Uber ride home after I left my truck wet the dealership and his communication was on point. He kept me informed every step of the way. I’m new to the area and will only be taking my GMC to James at Jim Ellis GMC for all its future needs. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone I know in need of great quality service. More

We own a small business and buy all of our service and personal vehicles from them.
