Started off bad. Service that was paid for appeared to not be done. Brakes(front and rear) both appeared not to be completed. So I was very apprehensive that any of the service was completed. Spoke with Charles who then got the service manager Nick involved. Nick had my vehicle picked up from our home. Brought back to their shop. Nick insured all the services were completed and had the truck returned to our home. He even had the truck detailed. So bad first experience but Charles and Nick went above and beyond to make us feel secure that our vehicle was taken care of properly. We will be returning for future services. Those two guys are simply wonderful. More

Always greeted by Charles. I mean he's probably one of the nicest guys there to greet you as you enter. Those other gentleman on your right as you walk in is so cold and not we I mean he's probably one of the nicest guys there to greet you as you enter.
