Poor communication, a prooblem that should have taken less than one work day to diagnose and fix took over 2 full days and 3 nights, overpriced, and accidentally overcharged labor - if they had not taken less than one work day to diagnose and fix took over 2 full days and 3 nights, overpriced, and accidentally overcharged labor - if they had not taken so long to bring my car up, I am not sure I would have noticed and had Charles refunded I would have eaten the overcharge. Absolutely everything that people hate about a dealership was on display. More
