I also want to recognize my service writer, Ed Barnes, who did an excellent job communicating with me and getting the problems resolved. It’s easy for a dealership to treat you well when they’re trying to sell you a vehicle. What really matters is how they treat you after the sale when an issue comes up, and that’s where these guys really impressed me.
