Mike Brandvold does it again. My daughters escape needed it’s first service after we bought it used from(Awesomeness Maximus Chris Moldas) and noticed the brakes pulsating. When I dropped it off Tom Alcorn it’s first service after we bought it used from(Awesomeness Maximus Chris Moldas) and noticed the brakes pulsating. When I dropped it off Tom Alcorn took a drive with me and said yep something wrong with rear brakes. Sure enough one of the calipers was locked up. Mike made it right new rotors and pads freed up the caliper at no cost. WhatA team up there or should I say family that’s how you get treated just like family. Oh and he had it done in half a day that’s A great plus. More

Had a noise in back somewhere so Kim had Tom Alcorn come and test drive with me. He heard advised Kim what to look for. Kim had me written up and on my way with fast and courteous service. Kim called a few hours later told me my truck is done an ready. While picking up the paperwork she went over everything and had me in an out. Very happy with service. Like I’ve said they are the best shop around. I forgot to mention awesomeness Maximus( Chris Moldas) who is always there for me. More
