I called on a Friday regarding the 2025 NX 250 and 3 were available . On Saturday morning all three were just sold. Sierra and the sales manager worked it out a deal for a 2026 NX 350. I’m writing to share my recent experience at your dealership on May 30th, which unfortunately fell short of my expectations and what I’ve come to associate with the Lexus brand. I was assisted by dealership on May 30th, which unfortunately fell short of my expectations and what I’ve come to associate with the Lexus brand. I was assisted by Velianet Hernandez in my search for a Lexus ES 350, preferably in blue or black. While inventory was limited, Velianet encouraged me to consider a hybrid model, which I eventually agreed to after considerable discussion around pricing. However, after reaching a deal, I experienced a significant delay before meeting with your finance department. My time with Todd Tarczynski, the finance representative, was particularly disappointing. His demeanor came across as passive-aggressive and condescending. As a first-time Lexus buyer, I had a few basic questions about the financing documents, but Todd seemed unwilling to explain anything thoroughly. When I had trouble using the Docusign tablet, his comment—“92-year-old women use it perfectly fine, so why would you have trouble?”—felt dismissive and inappropriate. This kind of treatment was disheartening and made what should have been an exciting day quite stressful. This purchase held sentimental value to me. My late mother, who passed from cancer two years ago, always spoke fondly of her Lexus and the exceptional service she received at other dealerships. Sadly, my experience did not reflect that same level of care. Additionally, after receiving the car, I discovered that important safety features such as the Blind Spot Monitor (BSM) were not activated, and the navigation system had not been set up. I am 2 months in and I keep finding stickers all over the car, and the car was given to me dirty with spots and marks everywhere. I was also not informed about included items like the key protectors. These are details I would expect a premium dealership to address thoroughly before sending a customer on their way—especially when safety is concerned. Overall, the treatment I received did not align with the high standards I associate with Lexus. I’m hoping you take this feedback seriously and work toward ensuring that future customers have a more thoughtful and respectful experience. More
