The worst dealer the third time I was there. Screwed up tire rotation they forgotten to turn back oil change indicate. Also didn't use my oil supplement which I supplied Had to wait 4hrs. I spent 1500 dollars in total and each time I went, they said my check engine light would be fixed and would turn off. Each time I'd take it home and it'd turn right back on with something they "didn't see" said my check engine light would be fixed and would turn off. We used to get good service at this dealership, but lately the service has been poor. They misdiagnosed the full problem with our vehicle, and a simple check of the wipers after they fixed other issues lately the service has been poor. They misdiagnosed the full problem with our vehicle, and a simple check of the wipers after they fixed other issues would have shown that they needed to do more work. Instead they released the car to us with the wipers not working and the key fobs needing reprogramming. We left multiple messages for the service manager to call us back over this poor situation, and to date Rob Heaney, the manager, has yet to return our messages, letting other people deal with us. The car had to be returned twice to fix everything, and we just learned an outstanding recall fix wasn't implemented so now we will have to bring the car back yet again. More

Very disappointed with the service, or lack of service received. I was there for 3 hours the first time for an oil change and to diagnose an issue. Since there was no part available, I had to come back th received. I was there for 3 hours the first time for an oil change and to diagnose an issue. Since there was no part available, I had to come back the next week. The issue is that it took three hours for an oil change and to diagnose an issue that I knew it was already there. I come back the next week and sit there for five hours waiting for my car. I’m told two hours into my appointment that the part was defective, so another one would be ordered. It was then another hour and a half to two hours later for the next part to come. At 5 o’clock I was told my vehicle was ready. I pay and get in my car and the part is still broken!!!! But I was told it was fixed… that was ridiculous! They should’ve never told me my vehicle was ready or they should’ve done a better job checking it. Then I wait another 30 minutes for them to look at to then have to leave my car over the weekend to further look at. I find out the next week that the part still doesn’t work and I have to pay more money for a different part. I am extremely unsatisfied with the service , as there was no discount offered for this issue. More
