Going into the process, I was honestly pretty nervous since it was my first time buying a car from a dealership. Like a lot of people, I have heard plenty of horror stories about pushy sales tactics and stressful negotiations, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. Working with Tim completely changed that perception for me. He was incredibly accommodating, patient, and reliable throughout the entire process. I had a lot of questions, and he made sure to answer every single one clearly and promptly. What stood out the most was how responsive he was (and still is). Anytime I reached out, he got back to me quickly, which made me feel supported and confident in my decision.
