Vehicle was alright, just a bit of undisclosed damage and the brakes weren’t installed properly at their dealership. As a walk in without appointment I was met with great service by Scott who took the time to understand my needs and show me the car I was i service. He was very knowledgeable about the intricacies and comparisons of Bmw‘s versus Mercedes and shared a lot of useful information. The dealership has several nearby locations with expansive inventory, which enabled me to view similar cars. Scott took his time with me to understand and accommodate my needs in a vehicle but he did not try to upsell or push which made for an surprisingly comfortable and valuable experience. Similarly personable behavior from another manager, David, who was engaging and extremely knowledgeable about all the vehicle vehicles on the lot.
