My first service visit after purchasing a CPO Honda CRV was a great experience. Everything from booking the appointment to meeting with the service advisor to picking up my vehicle when finished was handle was a great experience. Facility is very clean and up to date, greeted by an advisor almost immediately, was given an estimate of how long the issue that we had could be fixed, issue was fixed in less time than estimate. Waiti advisor almost immediately, was given an estimate of how long the issue that we had could be fixed, issue was fixed in less time than estimate. Waiting area was comfortable with TV available.
