I unfortunately had a problem with my 2018 Colorado Z71. I was on my way back to NJ when this happened. Tom in service assured me he had me covered. Koons in White Marsh in MD is the only dealership I take my vehicle to. They always take care of me especially Tom. I believe that my service tech provided me with outstanding service which included intervening between myself and my insurance company . No matter how many times I contacted him he was consistently outstanding service which included intervening between myself and my insurance company .
