Brought our 2024 Range Rover Sport in for an oil change. I worked with Advisor Tom Rose who set up the appointment, was there to meet me on the drop, walked through what to expect, went over any outstanding I worked with Advisor Tom Rose who set up the appointment, was there to meet me on the drop, walked through what to expect, went over any outstanding recall or advisory issues - there were none - and settled me into the waiting area. Tom stopped out twice to discuss the progress and that no issues were found during the safety check of the vehicle. He said the car was being washed and would be around soon. Tom is a great advisor as well as a great representative of the Service Department. We highly recommend using Land Rover Alexandria's Service Department. More

Having a vehicle service is always a potentially stressful time when you are taking it in for something h outside the normal scheduled service. However, each time I bring my 2011 Land Rover in, I am stressful time when you are taking it in for something h outside the normal scheduled service. However, each time I bring my 2011 Land Rover in, I am confident the problem will be resolved and I will be treated fairly. Tom is an outstanding service advisor. I had a very simple service request for an early oil change on my Defender, and Tom had me squared away in no time. So grateful to Tom, Luis,Ogun and Ali. We wouldnt go anywhere else to take care of our vehicles. I brought my car in for detailing and didnt even recognize it when we picked it up! Excellent experience. I had an issue with my A/C on a 2018 Land Rover Discovery Sport. Took it in, and was immediately helped. I was told several possibilities of common issues, and after a few hours of troubleshooting given the issue and price to fix. It was fixed within a day and they also did a courtesy cleaning. Excellent experience and Tom was very nice and responsive. More
