This is the second time I’ve had to take my brand new car in for service in the past two weeks. The issue was clearly not resolved with the first visit. The service team has never contacted me with an update in for service in the past two weeks. The issue was clearly not resolved with the first visit. The service team has never contacted me with an update, I’ve always had to call in to get an update myself and the service team has never been knowledgeable about what is wrong with my car or why a certain part was ordered for my car. I had only owned my Genesis a week or two when the check engine light came on. I called Steven, he got me an appointment. The repairs took a little longer than expected so Steven set me up with a loaner. I engine light came on. I called Steven, he got me an appointment. The repairs took a little longer than expected so Steven set me up with a loaner. I live 2 hours away and they brought it to me! Then when my vehicle was ready, they delivered it to me as well! Nothing but 5 stars for Genesis/Hyundai of Tulsa and Steven! More
