They were quick with getting the part ordered but it took them several days to install it. Their communication skills were terrible. I tired calling 3 times during my service visit all went to voicemail. I e them several days to install it. Their communication skills were terrible. I tired calling 3 times during my service visit all went to voicemail. I ended up relying on texting and they still wouldn't respond for at least a day. I had no clue when my car would be ready until they told me to come get it. Then I went they and they said "well actually it didn't take one recall, and we never tested to see if replacing that part fixed the charging." So they kept it one more night just to make sure the car charged. I bought the Ioniq 5 2026 and the ICCU popped the first night I owned the vehicle. The first week and a half of owning the vehicle it was in the repair shop. Insanity. More

Check-in and pickup were super quick and easy. More
