I unfortunately had to revisit Garavel after only 8 months with my last car due to my 2024 Crosstreck getting totaled by a tree. Garavel had the largest selection of Subarus of any dealer in the tri-state area but not our requested version ... however, in 7 days, they delivered the car we wanted. Stephen also must have spent close to an hour going over all the electronics and setting up the screens how we wanted them to display. From the receptionist to the closing person, Jose, everyone was pleasant, professional and transparent. Strongly recommend. More

Out of the cars we’ve bought (this would be our fourth) & all of the many dealerships we’ve been in, Garavel has been easily one of the top 3 (most others were terrible - high pressure or fighting for who wo all of the many dealerships we’ve been in, Garavel has been easily one of the top 3 (most others were terrible - high pressure or fighting for who would take the customer) No pressure salesmanship… While they can offer to drive with you for a test drive (if you don’t know the area), their default is to test drive the car on your own (again, no pressure). With good deals & a painless car buying process (other than having to part with hard earned cash 😀) & it’s all because of the some of the good people at Garavel. Dave, Teddy, Jose were all great to work with. Dave was especially easy to work with & took his time to make sure you were comfortable with what I was buying. Thanks again for our 3rd Subaru. More

I started with the Garavel Subaru website. Where I found it easy to compare models and trim options online. After finding what I wanted online I visited the showroom on a Saturday after work. Stephen greeted me and helped me choose between the models in inventory and answered my financing and pricing questions. Even though it was close to closing I was able to test drive of the Legacy I was interested in. I decided to purchase the Legacy on Monday morning and took delivery Tuesday evening. It is a pleasure to deal with the folks at Garavel. And thanks to Rudy for making the delivery a smooth experience.
