She was very thoughtful about what would be the right car for my daughter’s needs, and took time to answer our questions fully and consider different possibilities. In the end, my daughter found a pre-owned car that she loves and that my husband and I feel great with as well. The purchasing process went very smoothly, and we enjoyed meeting other members of the Garavel Subaru staff. Dave Novik was awesome. Very knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Very familiar with the Forester and answered all my questions. Not so impressed with the business manager who did the final paperwork. I was promised an 11:00 appointment and didn't sit down until 11:20. Wasn't sure of what he was doing and almost sold me this $23,000 vehicle for $3,500. until I pointed out the mistake. Perhaps a little more training and everyone needs to understand that the customer's time is just as valuable as the dealership personnel, maybe more. More

Joe was absolutely amazing in the process of buying my 22 Subaru Legacy. He answered all of my questions and made sure I left knowing all of the features that this car comes with. He did not once pressure me Subaru Legacy. He answered all of my questions and made sure I left knowing all of the features that this car comes with.
