Unhelpful after I ordered a part from Toyota to be picked up she was not kind throughout my visit. When I asked about a key for my 4runner I said let me order one but I wanted to check if toyota had a sale f up she was not kind throughout my visit. When I asked about a key for my 4runner I said let me order one but I wanted to check if toyota had a sale for it before I purchased it, she refused to help me search for the part and said “I cant give out part numbers” but she was looking at it on her screen. So I asked for the name of the part and she sat their not being helpful while I struggled to search when she had the info to help me. Then she told without anyone else waiting behind me that I needed to go sit down and wait if I was not buying the key from her? I said I will buy it from you but I just wanted to look and see if its on sale and she told me again “well I need you to go wait over their” and pointed to the chairs like I was bothering her by trying to look up a key without help on Toyota's website.(no other customers were waiting and I was being nice trying to see if she would assist me but she just seemed heartless and didnt care) I explained I have kids with my wife in the acr and asked for a supervisor and she said sure hold on and started to help another employee on a computer next to her with something on the computer and I said firmly “please your wasting my time!” And she said wait came back with the part number before I had to go to the front desk and get a manager to help me out because she was so rude. The manager helped me 100% and was kind and understanding 10/10 but the experience leading up to that was not very good. More

Wife’s car needed scheduled maintenance following a road trip. I called Cannon Campbell with an issue with my rear gate not working as well. He told me some things to try over the phone, which did not work. A few days later I drove the vehicle and he tried to get it figured out on the drive, but said he was certain it was a bad sensor. He scheduled me at my earliest convenience and we brought the vehicle to him today. He got everything handled and got our car serviced and repaired and back in my garage for my wife’s work week which starts tomorrow. I came up while my wife was waiting and asked him to turn off the “enhanced engine sound” on my new tundra and he immediately took it back and got it done within 5 minutes. Also needed a part and he walked me over to Shelby in parts, who was eager to help me and get my parts figured out. Thank you. Communication, friendliness, willingness to help and excellent product knowledge are just a few of the many traits which he has and which I like. My only “go to” service advisor at this dealership, and will continue being so, as long as he is around! Thank you Cannon! More
