My last visit a week ago took way too long for an oil change with having an appointment booked. I was there just shy of 3 hours for an oil change with an appointment. This is unacceptable and they need t change with having an appointment booked. I was there just shy of 3 hours for an oil change with an appointment. This is unacceptable and they need to work better about getting people in and out quickly (especially for an oil change). They either need to hire more techs or quit overbooking customers and forcing them to wait long periods of time. More
