Terrible customer service, they don't return phone calls. Used there body shop after our 2020 Ford Explorer was in an accident on 01/06/21. It's still in the shop there. Never have any problem getting my car in when we have an issue with it. Service Dept workers are always great to clearly explain to us what will need fixed, and the cost prior to starting any repairs on our issue with it.
