I'm originally from Columbus, Ohio. I served in the US Air Force during Operation Enduring Freedom, as a Civil Engineer. Before car sales, I bought and sold real estate and remodeled homes with my wife, Sarah. We have 4 kids ages 18 to 27, a Siberian Husky (Clover) and a Shepsky (Samson). When I'm not doing projects around the house and selling trucks (F-150 is my favorite truck) I enjoy camping and cooking out with my family and watching College Football (Buckeyes). Dealership was very clean and had four different people ask me if I needed any help. Everyone of them was cheerful and smiled. Directed me to who I was meeting with and after I purchased a car finished w ask me if I needed any help. Everyone of them was cheerful and smiled. Directed me to who I was meeting with and after I purchased a car finished with it ready to drive away. Drove 4 1/2 hrs to check everything out and was very impressed. Scott Bomgardner was exceptional. Was in the Military and answered all the questioned I asked him. Wife and I were both there and both agreed we would be going back. He had a 102 inspection done on the car and had a great sense of humor. Made us feel like family before we left for home. Knew we were heading back in snow storm and emailed us if we made it alright. Very polite and respectful. Love the car he sold us. Had us test drive the car and showed different area of the car we wanted to see. More

Scott and the entire team at at Ken Ganley Ford Norton were great! Scott was very kind, easy to talk to and made the entire experience a pleasant and easy one. I truly did not anticipate buying the first were great! Scott was very kind, easy to talk to and made the entire experience a pleasant and easy one. I truly did not anticipate buying the first time I walked in the door of this dealership and on the first test drive of a vehicle. The quality of both the people at the dealership and the Ford vehicle I purchased was an unexpected and exciting pleasant surprise.
