Friendly people who are very busy but who graciously put up with us all day long. George, Jim and Mirena who are company people but think about what’s the best deal for us too. Wish I knew what those two have forgotten about working on vehicles (Vermont expression of respect). I don’t need to be “wined and dined” at the garage but I believe I’ll keep this bunch. More

I had my first oil change last week after 1 yr of purchase because I put very little mileage on my car. At the time I gave my service 5 stars. However, I had to return on Wednesday because oil was le purchase because I put very little mileage on my car. At the time I gave my service 5 stars. However, I had to return on Wednesday because oil was leaking onto my garage floor. They discovered that the service operator did not properly install the oil filter. I needed 1 quart of oil to replace what I lost and they had to clean the mess under my car. Then a day later I get a notice on my dash “almost time for an oil change”. Obviously they never reset it which means another 10 mile drive back to get that reset! Not thrilled with my first service experience. More
