My service advisor, Danny, is great. All of the staff are courteous and professional. HOWEVER-the wait is terrible. 2 hours for an oil change is too much. Then, when I was checking out to leave, they told me that my tire had a nail in it, would I mind waiting 20-30 minutes longer to have it fixed. Yes, I mind. I had another appointment at 1. My Hyundai appointment was at 10:20 and I had to be there for the 1:00 appointment, so I told him I would reschedule. I went back yesterday for the tire repair and I waited another 2 hours! How is this acceptable???? More
