I had my first oil change last week after 1 yr of purchase because I put very little mileage on my car. At the time I gave my service 5 stars. However, I had to return on Wednesday because oil was leaking onto my garage floor. They discovered that the service operator did not properly install the oil filter. I needed 1 quart of oil to replace what I lost and they had to clean the mess under my car. Then a day later I get a notice on my dash “almost time for an oil change”. Obviously they never reset it which means another 10 mile drive back to get that reset! Not thrilled with my first service experience. More
