I purchased a new Toyota grand Highlander from Toyota direct in January of this year I have had nothing but problems with it the electronics have been terrible every time I contact the dealer they tell m direct in January of this year I have had nothing but problems with it the electronics have been terrible every time I contact the dealer they tell me it is Toyota's problem not theirs I took it in for service and they did not document the service so it would make it harder for me to file a lemon law claim which I had to do against the dealer they do not have any parts in stock and everything is on back order for at least a year just assume when you buy from here you are buying as is with no warranty customer service has been pathetic More

Do not Buy Here! !!!! I bought A 2013 BMW X5 at this place and was told they performed an oil change on it before I took it. 3 Months later It starts driving funny so !!!! I bought A 2013 BMW X5 at this place and was told they performed an oil change on it before I took it. 3 Months later It starts driving funny so I take it To Kelly BMW and they tell me the oil has Metal shavings in it and the engine needs to be replaced because there wasn't any oil in it or lubrication for the engine to run normal. They also told me there wasn't any oil leakage which means there wasn't an oil change done when I bought it. So I call Toyota Direct and they basically told me its not there problem and was very rude. Mind you I just bought this car with my hard earned money and was expecting to have this car for years. they had no compassion or understanding about what just happen to me and my family but when I was giving them the money everybody in the build was extremely nice. I hope this saves the next family that was thinking about buying here. Now I have a $13,000 vehicle that is useless. Thanks Toyota Direct. More

Worst experience ever! Purchase a a brand new Capstone and there’s a loud whistle while driving. Bought one car there. Called to see if they had a car we wanted to come see and they said essentially "don't bother" and that they couldn't sell to us because of the zip code we lived in since it meant we w wanted to come see and they said essentially "don't bother" and that they couldn't sell to us because of the zip code we lived in since it meant we wouldn't use them for service on the vehicle afterwards. Will not be recommending them to anyone or buying anything else from them. More

Relocated to Columbus with my 2018 Toyota Four Runner after having awesome service in Dallas since I bought it. Took it to Toyota Direct to simply have the tires rotated and balanced, no issues other th after having awesome service in Dallas since I bought it. Took it to Toyota Direct to simply have the tires rotated and balanced, no issues other than small normal vibration after time and a long trip. They totally screwed up my truck to the point it couldn't be driven due to how bad it shook. Was a nightmare trying to get some help, even the General Manager Ryan was NO HELP. I did get it back in and they committed to fixing it, the service rep admitted that they must have done something because it was not like that when brought it. I got the truck back still not fixed and then no response from General Manager or anyone....totally blew me off. I filed a formal complaint with Toyota and they were great but the lady that does customer service at the dealership simply ignored it....Toyota felt bad but since it is privately owned they couldn't force customer service. I had to go to another place and it cost me $800 to get the issue resolved that was caused by the mechanic at Toyota Direct. I will never be back there and have told everyone my experience. HORRIBLE place to deal with....and for them to ignore Toyota Corporate....WOW!! More
