I wish I could remember the names of each staff person who assisted me this time. Everyone was wonderful from the person who checked me in to the person who gave me a lift home. The service advisor did not communicate well, and when they did reach out, it was to upsell unnecessary service. My issue has not been addressed. Half of my complaints were not even inspected. The dispatch note milage did not match the actual odometer.
