Appointment was for 8am for only a software update needed due to a recall and didn’t get out of there until 10:30; was told they were short techs. 1) if you’re short techs then don’t have 8am appointments fo due to a recall and didn’t get out of there until 10:30; was told they were short techs. 1) if you’re short techs then don’t have 8am appointments for 15-20 people (I’m assuming that all the cars who arrived the same time I did had appointments); 2) There is ZERO reason a software update should take over two hours, especially with an appointment and that is all that was being done; 3) my vehicle is less than three years old, I don’t want nor need sales phone calls while the work is getting slow rolled. More
