Roger joined the Heiser Family in January 1997 and has risen to become the seasoned veteran of our team. Since the beginning, Roger has consistently received high marks from satisfied sales customers. Perhaps his success is drawn from his strong values. Roger’s mission is to treat every customer with the utmost respect, providing the tools they need to make the right decision within the time they need. In many ways, he’s become the “go-to-guy” among our salespeople. Roger’s customers and colleagues often comment on his strong work ethic. He wants everyone he encounters to feel at ease around him. So, Roger makes sure he communicates clearly to build confidence in the job he is doing. As a result, he creates a relaxed environment in which to work and shop. Roger also has an active life outside of the Heiser Toyota sales department. He loves the outdoors and spends his free time fishing & snowmobiling. Once again, Heiser and staff continue to go above and beyond for us. This is the second new vehicle that we leased from Heiser in the last month. We have purchased and leased many vehicles over the years. When we walk in the door we are recognized by the staff and are welcomed as part of the Heiser family. Everyone from Roger, Jakub, James, Shahat, Toyota Tom, and the new general manager, Gary Jaros, are extremely welcoming and knowledgeable. They have gone above and beyond what you would normally expect from a car dealer. In fact, we never consider going to any other car dealership--only Heiser! More

The service department is terrible. I had an appointment for an oil change. I pulled in. There was a lady ahead of me waiting. We talked for about 20 minutes. No one said anything to u I had an appointment for an oil change. I pulled in. There was a lady ahead of me waiting. We talked for about 20 minutes. No one said anything to us. Finally someone took the lady then you would think I’m next. Someone pulled in behind me just after the lady was taken. The person comes out and takes the person behind me instead of me. I’m standing there like a fool. I finally went in and said what do I have to do or what am I supposed to do 30 minutes? I realize it’s busy someone could’ve come out and said we’re busy we’re sorry That never happened I was finally taken care of but 30 to 35 minutes of standing there like a fool is ridiculous. The next time I had a schedule oil change I get there they take the vehicle. 2 1/2 hours later I finally got a call that your vehicle is done. That is unacceptable to me. Someone should have called me or text me at home that we are running an hour and a half to two behind. I needed a tire rotation. My vehicle was under warranty. I would not take it there. I took it somewhere else and paid for it. That’s how bad the service is at Heiser. Trying to get the correct bio figure on my lease vehicle was another tremendous obstacle. This is not rocket science it should be easy and quick, not at Heiser though. More
