I have been in the business for 8 years, all with Heritage Toyota. Every year I have had the privilege of being recognized by Toyotas National Sales Society for Superior Sales performance. I firmly believe the customer should have a seamless, transparent shopping experience with no pressure. My customers always have full control of the process from start to finish. Away from the dealership I'm a father of 3 girls and a Certified Foster Parent. We have been very fortunate to adopt 2 of our 3 girls through the program. My passions consist of cheering my older girls on from the sidelines of soccer fields or the gymnastics arena. When the time permits (and with my wife's permission), you can find me on the golf course or on the mountain as well.

Mr. Seth Giffin is a no-pressure, polite —yet very professional sales manager at Heritage Toyota. It was pleasant to work with him. Adam was amazing, our interaction was FLAW-LESS from start to finish!! We walked out with our new car in 90 minutes. Adam went out his his way to help drive my car home so we could drive off with our ne start to finish!! We walked out with our new car in 90 minutes. Was great working with Chris being very knowledgeable and willingness to work with me in finding the right car!
