My husband and I were lucky enough to meet Brian while looking at new SUV’s. My husband had very specific things he was looking for. Engine, location of maker, ect. Brian knew exactly what we wanted. Searching through vehicles not even in the country yet, he was able to find “the one” the only one. He kept us updated all through the process. We took delivery today. Brian spent close to 2 hours with us going over everything about our new 4Runner. All the app settings, phone linking, where and what every button was and how to use it. I had so many question to ask that he explained before I even asked them. Brian is a very genuine person to work with. We always feel comfortable reaching out for any reason. He wants us to be happy with our Toyota. Even after the sale he let us know he is always happy to help with anything. Thank you Brian for making our experience fantastic.
