I have been in the business for 8 years, all with Heritage Toyota. Every year I have had the privilege of being recognized by Toyotas National Sales Society for Superior Sales performance. I firmly believe the customer should have a seamless, transparent shopping experience with no pressure. My customers always have full control of the process from start to finish. Away from the dealership I'm a father of 3 girls and a Certified Foster Parent. We have been very fortunate to adopt 2 of our 3 girls through the program. My passions consist of cheering my older girls on from the sidelines of soccer fields or the gymnastics arena. When the time permits (and with my wife's permission), you can find me on the golf course or on the mountain as well.

Great Sales Rep and Experience! I visited Heritage to inquire about a new Toyota Tacoma. The sales rep I had, Rob Ploof, was very informative and helpful. I appreciated his courtesy I visited Heritage to inquire about a new Toyota Tacoma. The sales rep I had, Rob Ploof, was very informative and helpful. I appreciated his courtesy and friendly advice. He did everything for me he said he would, and more. He came up with a much better deal for me than I had originally inquired about days before at another dealership in NY. I wound up with a new 2014 Tacoma. When I forgot to take the garage door opener from my trade-in truck, Rob was more than willing to track it down for me days later from off site. I was very pleased. I might add that I purchased the extended warranty and environmental package at purchase through Ben Bright as well. Heritage scheduled the enviromental work (paint sealant, interior work, undercoating etc), and that service was prompt, well done, and professional. I was even given a 2014 Rav4 for the day as a free rental. I will certainly recommend Heritage to my friends. If you are looking for a Toyota, go see Rob and the team at Heritage. You will be pleased! Thank you, Heritage! More
